    Please join us for our monthly Venture Law Meetup Webinar. Partner Francesca Crisera will moderate a discussion between partners Thomas Reems and Keith Bradley. The panel will be reviewing eligibility for the second round of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, loan sizes, forgiveness and uses.

    The program was reopened in January 2021 by the US Small Business Administration, in consultation with the US Treasury Department, and will close on March 31, 2021.
