Felix Strohecker
Associate
Felix Strohecker is an associate in our corporate/M&A team, based in our Frankfurt office. He advises on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, in particular on private equity investments, restructurings and corporate and contract law.
Before joining the firm, Felix studied at the EBS University of Business and Law in Wiesbaden and completed a master’s degree in business for legal professionals in addition to his law studies. During his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main, he gained experience in M&A and private equity as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and New York.
