Laura Sparschuh is a senior associate in our Labour & Employment Practice Group in Berlin. She advises and represents national and international clients comprehensively on individual and collective labor law, as well as in transactions and complex court proceedings. She is particularly adept at providing cross-border labor law advice, both in the area of transactions and on legal aspects of the day-to-day business of globally operating organizations.

She has particular expertise in business immigration and advises clients on all matters related to international personnel deployment, including the overlaps with residency and social security law.

She is actively involved in our pro bono practice.
