Anushkay Raza
Associate
Anushkay Raza is an associate in the Corporate Practice group based in our Cleveland office. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and other commercial transactions.
Anushkay graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law, where she was the editor-in-chief of the Global Business Law Review and served as the vice president of the Women’s Law Students Association.
In undergraduate school, Anushkay volunteered at the Legal Information Clinic in Montreal, Quebec. In law school, she worked as a legal clerk at a global manufacturing company in Cleveland, and later held a summer internship as a legal intern at a global law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Anushkay was on the Dean’s List every semester at Cleveland State University College of Law and was honored as a dean’s leadership fellow. She also received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for excellent achievement in the study of the Transactional Clinic, fall 2023.
