Ciara Petrucci is a lawyer in our Labour & Employment Practice Group, covering all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. Her particular expertise includes defending a wide variety of tribunal claims, which she runs from the outset to the hearing, conducting her own advocacy where appropriate.

She also advises clients on a wide variety of ad hoc queries, in addition to negotiating settlement agreements and service agreements for large-scale businesses and senior executives. Ciara works closely with our Corporate team and regularly carries out the due diligence for both vendors and buyers on acquisitions and disposals.

  • Advising in matters at tribunal, covering all areas of discrimination, unfair/constructive dismissals, wages disputes, whistleblowing and redundancy for a range of clients, including a large supermarket chain.
  • Advising both individuals and companies on compromise agreements and agreed exits, including negotiating settlements and severance packages for large-scale businesses and senior executives.
  • Drafting and negotiating consultancy agreements, service agreements and other contractual documentation.
  • Conducting corporate support work including due diligence and drafting corporate documents for both vendors and buyers on acquisitions and disposals.
  • Advising on ad hoc employment queries such as disciplinary and grievance matters.
  • Conducting training seminars for clients and contacts.
