Dr. Leo Koltsoff is an associate in the Frankfurt office. Leo’s core areas of expertise are corporate/M&A, corporate finance, compliance and regulatory matters across a broad range of industries. His transactional focus includes commercial, corporate and real estate transactions, primarily within the energy, renewable energy and automotive industries. In this context he also advises on the relevant aspects of the applicable EU regulatory and policy framework.

Leo’s main focus lies on the areas of corporate, M&A and corporate finance. He has extensive experience in advising national and international clients, both buy-side and sell-side, on M&A transactions in a broad range of industries (also in regulated industries), among others in the energy and in the automotive sectors. Furthermore, he advises on various regulatory matters and especially in connection with implementation of the transition to a sustainable economy.

Prior to joining the firm, Leo worked for several years as a lawyer for international law firms in Frankfurt.
