Morag Gillon-Bentley is an associate in the Real Estate Litigation team, based in the Leeds office. She has experience in a wide range of property litigation and planning-related matters, including land compensation claims and compulsory purchase orders, landlord and tenant disputes, and injunctions. Morag also has experience in advising electricity transmission and distribution companies on necessary wayleaves, including attending necessary wayleave hearings.

Morag has been with the firm since 2018, having been a paralegal, and subsequently completing her training contract and qualifying in September 2023.

Morag acts for a variety of clients, including developers, retailers, utilities companies and investors.

Morag is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
