Misbah Ganny is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Birmingham office. Misbah advises on a broad range of commercial real estate work and is experienced in real estate finance projects (acting for lenders and borrowers), landlord and tenant matters, including lease acquisitions and renewals, corporate real estate and freehold purchases and sales.
- Advising a developer/borrower client on multiple facilities with six separate lenders on a £100 million refinance project.
- Advising a borrower (a renowned national entity) on a £60 million refinance of 16 commercial properties.
- Advising a global supercar brand on the lease acquisition of its first UK premises for its UK energy launch.
- Advising on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Advising both landlords and corporate occupiers on all aspects of landlord and tenant transactions.
- Advising on lender side refinance matters.
