Andrea Cropley
Partner
Andrea Cropley has nearly 30 years' experience as a corporate finance lawyer, and she leads the firm’s European venture and growth capital group.
She has extensive experience acting on VC transactions in the tech sector, in particular on equity investments into AI investee companies. Andrea’s clients include investment funds, corporate venture investors and she also regularly works on the company/founder side both in relation to investment and disposal processes. She has taken numerous companies, involved in cutting-edge technologies, including AI, through their growth journey from seed investment, various funding rounds including Series A and B and beyond to eventual exits by sale or IPO.
Andrea has experience of acting on multiple fund investments and with overseas funds, including US tech funds.
