Emma Connolly is a corporate and commercial lawyer who advises on corporate governance and regulatory matters; mergers, acquisitions and divestments; commercial contracts; capital raisings; and shareholder disputes.

  • Advising Mainetec Pty Ltd, a mining equipment manufacturer, and its shareholders, on its sale to Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)-listed Austin Engineering Limited.
  • Assisting with the restructure of Aurex Group, a global recruitment agency, and advising on the restructure’s Australian component.
  • Advising Secret Sounds Group on the acquisition of Kicks Entertainment Investments Pty Ltd.
  • Advising Live Nation on the acquisition of Jubilee Street Management Pty Ltd.
