Kirk Beckhorn has a diverse transactional practice and represents clients in a variety of sophisticated business transactions. His practice includes mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; private equity transactions; real estate acquisitions and sales; commercial real estate leasing; and commercial and real estate lending.

Kirk has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of domestic and international companies including the formation of funds and other investment vehicles related to the acquisitions.

Kirk has significant experience representing real estate owners and developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and sale of commercial real estate. This representation includes the negotiation of acquisition, construction and permanent financing documentation.

Kirk has broad experience representing lenders and borrowers with respect to structuring and restructuring secured and unsecured loans to businesses. In addition, Kirk provides general business representation with an emphasis on the representation of technology and government services companies.

Kirk is active in business, community and nonprofit organizations.
