Squire Patton Boggs has advised Mainova AG, one of Germany's largest regional energy suppliers, on the acquisition of the metering service provider Delta-t Messdienst Andreas Völker GmbH & Co. KG.

Delta-t Messdienst Andreas Völker GmbH & Co. KG, based in Obertshausen, is a successful medium-sized metering service provider with many years of expertise in heating and hot water billing.
Mainova, based in Frankfurt, already offers a heating cost billing product "direct tenant billing" for district heating and natural gas and has successfully proven itself on the market with high service quality. The planned cooperation will enable Mainova to further expand its own well-established processes and utilize the great synergy potential between the two companies.
