(WASHINGTON DC – October 14, 2014) – Squire Patton Boggs senior associate Matthew B. Kulkin has been named to Leadership Arlington’s inaugural ’40 under 40’ class, which recognizes individuals for the positive leadership impact they make personally and professionally in Arlington and across the region. Mr. Kulkin is one of two lawyers honored.
Mr. Kulkin focuses his practice on financial services legislative and regulatory initiatives before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the Federal Reserve, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the U.S. Treasury Department, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Federal Insurance Office, the Financial Stability Oversight Council, and other agencies that promulgate and implement Dodd-Frank Act regulation. He has written extensively and spoken at national conferences related to the Dodd-Frank Act implementation and co-authored several chapters of Emergency Economic Stabilization Act Handbook published by West.
