Associate
Ilian Valev is an associate in our firm’s Financial Services Practice, where he represents clients in complex commercial financing transactions, as well as other corporate and regulatory matters. Ilian’s prior experience in the commercial financing space includes specialized project financing, syndicated loans, mezzanine financing, secured and unsecured commercial loans, real estate acquisition loans, construction financing and workouts and loan restructurings.
Prior to attending law school at Arizona State University, Ilian worked as a Financial Analyst for one of the largest aerospace companies in the world, where he oversaw the financial planning of a US$4.8 billion unit.
