Alessandro Morleo is an associate based in the firm’s Milan office.
Alessandro mainly deals with corporate law, an area in which he has significant experience. He has assisted in extraordinary transactions, such as private equity and mergers and acquisitions operations, as well as ordinary assistance. Alessandro also assists clients in energy law.
- Advising the shareholder of a leading Italian makeup contract manufacturer with a portfolio of several innovative and proprietary formulas on the sale of a majority stake of the manufacturer share capital.
