Rachel Koral is an associate in the Real Estate team based in Manchester. Rachel advises on a broad range of real estate transactions, from advising developers in the acquisition of new sites or the development of their existing sites, to advising landlord and tenants on various lease related matters including new leases, lease renewals and general asset management.

  • Advising Preston City Council across various aspects of several city centre regeneration schemes including Animate, a multi-use leisure development in the heart of the city’s Harris Quarter which has been let to six restaurant operators, a cinema and a ten-pin bowling operator.
  • Acting for the Co-operative Group on a variety of matters across their portfolio of including lease renewals, store disposals and general asset management.
  • Advising developers in respect of the acquisition of land intended for residential re-development.
  • Providing support to other practice groups in relation to the property aspects of their deals, including both our corporate and banking teams.
  • Preparing and negotiation CLLS Certificates of Title, acting for both borrowers and lenders.
