Vicky Jew advises on a wide range of private equity, private company and M&A work, acting for institutions, corporate clients, management teams and shareholders. She is known for being a technically talented private equity lawyer who remains calm under pressure and is described by clients as being approachable, responsive, supportive and informative.
Vicky was a trustee, director and company secretary of the North West Legal Support Trust for seven years, helping to raise money for and make decisions on grants to pro bono and legal advice services.
