Edward Forth
Senior Associate
Edward Forth is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. Edward qualified in 2016 and has spent most of his career within the real estate sector. During this time, Edward has worked across a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, focusing closely on landlord and tenant work, property development and real estate finance. Edward works predominantly within the retail and leisure sector, the storage and distribution sector, as well as residential development.
- Advising Vistry Partnerships on the acquisition and development of a £20 million-plus housing scheme in North Leeds.
- Acting for Yum Brands on the disposal of a 31-property portfolio to its franchisee.
- Managing property portfolios for several national clients, including Boux Avenue, Clintons, Rymans and Sunbelt Rentals, and advising on new property acquisitions and disposals, development of units and other landlord and tenant-related matters.
- Acting on the acquisition of multiple leases of a film and television studios based in London.
