Assad Bishara is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice based in the Dubai office, specialising in advising clients on a wide range of international disputes. His expertise primarily lies in international commercial arbitration and construction disputes.

In his role, Assad has represented parties in proceedings governed by the ICC, SCC and LCIA rules, across various industries. Assad has worked on representing states, state-owned entities and major corporations based in the Middle East and Europe. Additionally, he has handled cases before international courts, including the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.

Prior to joining the Dubai office, Assad worked in our Litigation Practice in our London office, where he gained a wide range of exposure to civil litigation disputes spanning from different practice groups.
