Squire Patton Boggs has advised specialist institutional investor Eiffel Essentiel on a €10 million investment in Reforest’Action, a world leader in reforestation and agroforestry, alongside a €10 million investment by blisce. The investments will enable Reforest’Action to accelerate its ability to deliver positive impact on climate, biodiversity and communities.
The team advising Eiffel Essentiel was led by Paris Corporate partner Maxime Dequesne assisted by associate Kevin Cosmao.

The funding from Eiffel Essentiel and blisce will accelerate Reforest’Action’s development of impact monitoring technology and the deployment of large-scale certified natural ecosystem restoration projects.
