Highlighted in this edition of Ohio K-12 Schools COVID-19 Resource Guide is Ohio’s “Reset and Restart” Education Planning Guide, H.B. 164 which caps reductions to foundation payments and offers school districts flexibility in several areas, recent guidance from the Ohio Department of Health on contact and non-contact sports, and analysis of new OSHA and EEOC publications on employment issues related to COVID-19. This resource guide provides quick access to relevant client-focused reports and useful resources as we work together to address the impact of COVID-19 on K-12 schools, and will be periodically updated and distributed to reflect new developments.
