At this program, our expert faculty will focus on hedge fund structures, the regulatory environment surrounding hedge funds, and the day to day operational issues of running a hedge fund operation. The faculty will also explore strategies for addressing new business issues such as expanding their business to include regulated funds, selling a portion of their business to an outside investor and managing a hedge fund in crisis.
