Mariya Tomlinson is an associate in our Global Corporate Practice Group, where she focuses her practice on corporate and securities law. She advises clients on general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and Exchange Act compliance.
Prior to joining the firm, Mariya worked as a corporate and securities associate at a boutique law firm in Washington DC, where she represented issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities under Regulation D, as well as crowdfunding offerings under Regulation C.
Mariya graduated in May 2022 with her Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, where she was the president of the Tax Law Society, a member of the Moot Court Board and a member of the Mock Trial Board. She earned a Bachelor of Science in both accounting and political science from Florida State University.
