Rose Kafetzis
Associate
Rose Kafetzis is an associate in the Real Estate Litigation Practice Group based in the Birmingham office. She has extensive experience in negotiating telecoms leases and dealing with a wide range of telecoms matters, including freehold purchases. Rose also has experience in a variety of real estate litigation matters, including commercial lease renewals and break options.
Rose is a committee member of the firm’s Grow Your Network initiatives, which focuses on hosting a variety of events for young professionals in Birmingham. She is also a committee member of the Junior Property Litigation Association.
- Acting for retailers across their portfolio in relation to 1954 Act lease renewals.
- Acting on behalf of a telecommunications provider in respect of lease renewals across its portfolio.
